Our policy for shipping to you.

Pieces that are available now will be processed within four (4) business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Your item will be dispatched via Toll Express to your nominated address and you will receive an email notification with all tracking information when your package leaves our workshop. Please note that Pavéction does not ship to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers as all orders require a signature upon delivery. Items ordered together may not always ship together and items on special order may take longer to arrive.

If the item is over $10,000 then we will arrange for a Toll Hand 2 Hand delivery. This is when a toll driver collects and places the package into a box and seals it. Deliveries of this nature will require you to be home so we will contact your provided phone number to arrange for this. Upon leaving our office, you will receive an email that includes the seal numbers and tracking information.

From the moment your order leaves our workshop, the following delivery time frames apply*:

Metro areas: Overnight delivery

Regional areas: 1-2 business days

* Due to COVID-19, there can also be significant delays across the Toll Express and Hand 2 Hand networks, and your parcel may take longer than regular delivery estimates to reach you.
